What platforms do you support?
Currently we support Android (Kotlin and Java). iOS support is on our roadmap for Q3 2026. Our REST API can be used from any platform.
Is there a free tier?
Yes! Our free plan supports up to 1,000 devices and 200 API calls per minute. It includes core analytics, basic segmentation, and the dashboard. No credit card required.
How does the AI feature work?
We use Anthropic's Claude AI to analyze your data. You can ask questions in plain English, and our system translates them to SQL queries. We also run daily automated insights and anomaly detection.
Can I self-host Vaimanasoft?
Yes. We provide Docker images for self-hosting. Our Enterprise plan includes on-premise deployment support and a dedicated DevOps engineer for setup.
What about data privacy?
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. We support data residency in the EU or US. We're GDPR compliant and don't share your data with third parties.
