These terms govern your use of the SereneSpace app published by Vaimanasoft ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. They apply to the SereneSpace app only — our website and other products have their own terms of service.
1. Not Medical Advice
SereneSpace is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The app provides guided meditations, breathing exercises, ambient sounds, and sleep stories for general relaxation and wellbeing. Breathing practices (including pranayama) are undertaken at your own discretion — stop if you feel unwell, and consult a qualified professional for any health condition, including insomnia, anxiety, or respiratory or cardiovascular conditions. Never use the app while driving or operating machinery.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Android devices you own or control. The app, its audio content, artwork, and branding remain the property of Vaimanasoft or its licensors. You may not extract, redistribute, or resell the app's audio content, or reverse-engineer the app except where the law permits.
3. SereneSpace Plus
- Plus is offered as monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase, billed through Google Play. Current prices are always shown in the app before purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel anytime in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled per Google Play's refund policy.
- Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
4. AI-Generated Content
Sleep stories can be generated by artificial intelligence based on the theme and length you choose. AI-generated stories are produced automatically and may occasionally contain odd phrasing or imperfections. They are fiction for relaxation, provided "as is", and are not reviewed by a human before you hear them. Generated stories are for your personal use within the app.
5. Free Tier and Advertising
The free tier is funded by advertising served by Google AdMob. Ad content is provided by third parties and we are not responsible for it. Plus removes all advertising.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app — including attempting to circumvent purchase checks, scraping or mass-extracting content, or using the app in any unlawful way.
7. Availability and Changes
We may update, change, or discontinue features (including the content library and AI generation) at any time. We aim to give notice of material changes in update notes. Story generation depends on third-party services and may be temporarily unavailable.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the same extent, Vaimanasoft's total liability arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.
